Today, I want to introduce you to a transformative practice. It's natural, free, and holds a profound healing power that can bring hope and inspiration to your life. This practice has the potential to change your perspective and lead you on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth.
Take a moment. Inhale visualized White Light slowly through your nose, then gently exhale visualized anxiety, fear, anger as so much dark smoke and black ash out through your mouth. Let go of all tension. Repeat in and out. Let go of rushing.
Let your beautiful inner imagination come alive.
Now picture this:
Imagine a soul—vibrant, purposeful, and full of life—suddenly halting on its journey. Not to rest, not to reflect, but to fixate a brain stiffy on a flickering screen.
Hours slip away. The soul scrolls, the soul taps, the soul clicks… repeatedly.
Why, why would a soul do this?
Why would someone born into a human body, a spirit wearing a suit of flesh —here specifically to learn sacred lessons not even taught in heaven—why would they? Hand over their precious attention to beings and systems solely designed to hook your brain?
It wouldn't. I would not park its butt and stare at a box with flickering images designed to manage your brain 24-7 as long as you live. A soul would not!
Not until that flickering box offers something so tempting… like laughter. Because even when we are deeply distracted, our Divine Spark still responds to joy.
As a speech-language pathologist for over 40 years, I've sat with many people at the threshold of life. I've heard their last words, felt their final breaths. I've seen that the brain —your brain — is more than just an organ; it's the link between your soul and your body. It helps you reflect, feel, survive, and grow.
Loved one, when you're young, your brain is still developing. The part of the brain that allows you to reflect on your choices (the prefrontal cortex) is growing.
Your emotional center (the limbic system) and your survival instincts (the brainstem) are learning how to work together.
But when your eyes lock onto a screen, something else takes over.
You get a hit of dopamine—a pleasure chemical—not from real love or deep learning, but from likes, hearts, and shares.
That's not your soul shining.
That's your brain being tricked.
I am sorry to break it to you, but if COVID didn't prove the hook was concealed, barbed, and sharp as hell, you are a lost cause.
The people who designed these apps studied how your brain works.
They're not guiding you to the truth—they're guiding you to scroll more.
These boxes—phones, tablets, laptops—are made to keep you hooked.
They wear down your sleep, your eye contact, and are designed to wear down your empathy.
And the more you stay hooked, the more you can be sold, swayed, and targeted.
It is so cool because loved one, here's the miracle:
People still laugh.
They still love.
They still remember joy.
Loved one, here is a mega perspective into Your Soul Contract
Before you came to Earth, you met with Divine Beings. They helped you plan your life's path. You agreed to come here. You weren't forced. You chose Earth School because only here can we learn through pain and healing.
In heaven, there is no pain—so there is no growth of this kind.
But remember, this was a choice you made-a testament to the power of your Spirit. You chose to forget your spiritual roots, your soul's plan, even your special soul frequency-the sound of your unique spiritual self.
You chose to forget your spiritual roots, your soul's plan, even your special soul frequency—the sound of your unique spiritual self.
Why?
Because love and kindness mean more when you choose them, not when they're easy.
They are the cornerstones of our spiritual growth and the essence of our existence.
Loved one, no one promised you this place was warm peach pie with vanilla ice cream.
You are an audacious soul who came here to learn things like:
- How to love someone hard to love.
- How to forgive when you've been hurt.
- How to keep going when it feels impossible.
You didn't come here to be perfect.
You came to remember who you are—even while contracting forgetting.
Loved one, I need to share this important message that Service to others CivilianCorp is A Shortcut Through Suffering
Most people delay their spiritual growth. Not because they're bad, but because comfort feels safer than change.
Screens offer escape. Screens today give you fake validation. They effectively delay your spiritual growth and elevation.
However, there's a better path: serving others.
When you comfort someone, feed someone, help someone, or forgive someone—you break through your pain. You grow faster.
You live with more meaning.
This is not just a path, it's a transformative journey that can inspire and motivate you to engage in acts of kindness.
In the hospital, I saw real peace come not from pills, but from acts of kindness. The kind of peace that fills the room when a patient's pain is eased, or when a simple act of compassion brings a smile to a weary face.
Like the woman with ALS who gently touched her nurse's face before dying.
Or the man with dementia who suddenly recognized his daughter and said, "Thank you."
These moments weren't accidents. They were grace.
When you serve, you light up the Divine in you. You heal while helping others heal.
Today's screens aren't just for watching; they're also for interacting. They're delivery systems for products and ideas.
They show you what to fear, what to want, and what to feel.
They adjust to your brain's cravings.
They keep you scrolling but never satisfied.
It's not just advertising—it's science used to control attention.
You are no longer just a user.
Loved one, you are not a product of the digital world. Your worth cannot be defined by the screens you use. You are free, independent, and capable of defining your own worth.
But there's still hope.
The part of you that cries at kindness…
The part of you that laughs from your belly…
The part of you that feels awe looking at the stars…
That part cannot be programmed. Repeat. That part cannot be programmed.
That part cannot be programmed. It's your Divine Spark, the unique essence of your being that connects you to something greater.
It's your authentic self. Your connection to something greater.
And when you let that Spark lead you into real friendships, creative projects, laughter, and Service—you start to remember who you are.
At the End of Life, do you know What Really Matters? Seriously!
In hospice, people rarely discuss their phones.
They don't talk about their likes or followers.
They ask:
- Did I love well?
- Will my children be okay?
- Did I forgive?
- Did I make a difference?
Ultimately, what matters is love. Not flashy love, but quiet, steady, selfless love. Like the love a mother has for her newborn son or the love a daughter has for her daddy.
When you return to the spirit world—call it Heaven, the Light Realm, or Home—you won't be asked how many followers you had.
You'll be asked:
"Who did you love, and how did you love them?"
And the love that counts most is the love you give without expecting anything in return.
So What You Can Do Right Now
If you're reading this, you are already on the path to awakening.
You're asking questions most earth pilgrims avoid.
Start here:
- Turn off the screen for one hour a day. Use that time to walk, draw, write, or talk to someone who feels unseen.
- Write down your dreams and feelings. They are messages from your soul.
- Laugh every day. Joy is your angel's language.
- Ask yourself, "Whose voice is in my head?" If it's mean or cruel, it's not from the Divine.
- Help someone. Tutor, listen, support. Loved one, I promise you this Service rewires your brain for empathy—and lifts your soul.
Recognize and appreciate that you are a brave and intelligent soul, as you are a pilgrim of light, dreaming a life into being.
The hypnotic box will continue to try to pull you in. But you have the power to say no.
When you remember—even for a moment—who you really are, you take your life back.
Then, your screen becomes an excellent tool—not a trap.
A light—not a leash.
And when your journey is over, and you return to the Spirit Realm, you will be asked a straightforward question:
"Who did you love, and how did you love them?"
And if you served others—even while struggling—you'll know your answer.
You and all your loved ones are always in my prayers
